Signposts Ministries

Signposts Ministries SpM is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)3 nonprofit that works both in the greater Charlotte area and internationally.

We serve families that have children or youth with special healthcare needs by connecting them with equipment, resources, and their community. A 501(c)3 based out of Indian Trail, NC, we are a provider of hope to children with disabilities or chronic health problems, and their families.

Looking for medical equipment for your pediatric clients? Come see what Signposts Ministries has in inventory.

Need adult equipment? Faith UMC's Shalom Ministry will also make their inventory available.

We will pull equipment from both ministries out of storage for easy browsing.

Arrive at Faith United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 6th, between 10 am and 2 pm, and pull into the gravel parking lot behind the church. Equipment will be on display outside.

You will be able to leave the event with the equipment you need, so please remember to drive an appropriately sized vehicle to take things back with you.

A few months ago, one of the families we work with lost their son. They are still trying to pay back funeral costs. This is their go fund me.

⚠️Website and Email Down⚠️

Our website and domain-based email addresses have been down for a while now. We lost our entire site when our webhost sold their company. If you have been unable to reach us, please either send a Facebook message, or text 704-219-8981. We are working to get everything back up as soon as possible, but it could be a couple more months because the site has to be rebuilt from scratch.
