Good morning Devotional

ATTEND WORSHIP SERVICES AND HEAR FROM THE GIFTS.

The GIFTS that Jesus Christ GAVE to the church: the APOSTLES; the PROPHETS; the EVANGELISTS, and the PASTORS and TEACHERS, have a ministry (service) to perform.

⬆️Their responsibility is to EQUIP the people of God to DO the work God ordained to be done and to build-up the “body of Christ”.

The GIFTS will CONTINUE to operate until the “body of Christ” comes into SPIRITUAL MATURITY and into the UNITY of the Faith and to the KNOWLEDGE of the Son of God (Jesus Christ).

SPIRITUAL MATURITY will enable the body of Christ to be steadfast and committed rather than going here and there following every wind of doctrine (or new teaching).

Through UNITY, the WHOLE “body of Christ” will FIT TOGETHER PERFECTLY with EVERY part doing its special work.

When the GIFTS have FINISHED their ministry (serving God's people), the WHOLE “body of Christ” will be SPIRITUALLY HEALTHY and FULL of LOVE.

“Born-again Believers", whenever it is possible, should NOT forsake WORSHIPPING and FELLOWSHIPPING with their local church Family and the “body of Christ”.

The worshipping TOGETHER and the fellowshipping TOGETHER is all a part of God’s ordained plan.

“Born-again Believers" should encourage one another to attend worship services because the GIFTS have a ministry (to serve God's people).

“Born- again Believers" need to HEAR from the GIFTS and DO what is required of them.

Divine Restoration

Joel 2:25
“And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.”

In order to receive "Divine Restoration," help is needed in the restoing process. That is where the power of divine obedience comes in. We must follow the requirements set before us in order to see the manitfestion God has spoken or shown. When a season goes by, it will never come again in exactly the same way. The intensity may be different. The length of time may be different. And many times WE are different.

When God reveals the blessing He has us, we must allow His WORD to be a continuous force in our lives and in our mouth in order to keep our faith going.

In Psalm 23: David shared, "He restores my soul." In other words what we think, our attitude...our MIND will dictate how we are going to come out. It is through commitment and obedient things are set in place and will determine our restoration. No matter what it looks like right now, keep looking unto Jesus, who is the AUTHOR and FINISHER of our FAITH. Allow the JOY of the LORD to rise up in your HEART, and keep your FOCUS ON HIM!!

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31

Graduating is a significant milestone; whether from high school or university. Crossing the stage in a cap and gown is a moment to celebrate, marking both the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

On Sunday, May 17, 2026, Liberty Christian Center- Monroe celebrated seven graduates, which included a grandfather and grandson, as well as two sisters.

💥🙌CONGRATULATIONS GRADUATES!! God has gifted you with faith, blessed you with talents, and filled you with intelligence. As you start the next phase of your journey, use those gifts wholeheartedly for His glory.
