Dear Church Family,

Thank you to all who joined us for the Divine Liturgy this Bright Monday, April 21, as we celebrated the risen Christ’s presence and the joy of His Resurrection. Your participation filled our community with hope and light.

Did You Know? - Discover the profound symbolism of the red egg in Orthodox Christianity! This Paschal tradition, rooted in St. Mary Magdalene’s bold proclamation of Christ’s resurrection, represents new life and the blood of our Savior. Join us in celebrating with blessed red eggs and the joyful greeting, “Christ is Risen!”

We are pleased to share this week’s schedule with you. The Presanctified Liturgy will be held on Wednesday, March 26, at 7:00 PM, followed by a Lenten dinner. We warmly invite you to join us for this beautiful service and a time of fellowship as we share a simple Lenten meal together. If you are able, please feel free to bring a Lenten dish to share.

Additionally, we are honored to host the Pan-Orthodox services this Sunday evening, March 30, at 6:00 PM, commemorating the Fourth Sunday of Lent and St. John of the Ladder. Please come and join us for this special service as we welcome our guests from other Orthodox churches across metro Detroit.

We look forward to seeing you as we journey through Lent together.

Join us this week: Presanctified Liturgy Wed 3/26 at 7 PM with Lenten dinner, and Pan-Orthodox Service Sun 3/30 at 6 PM for St. John of the Ladder. All welcome!"
