Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who lead, love, provide, protect, and pray for their families. Your sacrifices, wisdom, strength, and unwavering commitment do not go unnoticed.

As a church family, we honor the men who continue to make a difference in the lives of their children and in our community. May God richly bless you for your faithfulness and reward the seeds you have sown through love and leadership.

Good morning.

Lord, thank You for waking us up today. Thank You for Your mercy, Your faithfulness, and for the many blessings we often overlook. Before we ask for anything, we simply want to say thank You.

Today, help us walk closely with You. Guard our hearts from pride, bitterness, and distraction. Teach us to love people well, forgive quickly, and trust You fully. Give us wisdom in our decisions, peace in our minds, and strength to stay faithful through whatever comes our way.

Let us live today with gratitude, humility, and a heart that honors You. Amen.

Verse of the day:
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5

Why this fits today:
Because even when we don’t have all the answers, we can trust the One who does. This reminds us to stay grateful and let God guide our steps.

Good morning.

Lord, thank You for waking us up this morning. Thank You for the breath in our lungs, the strength in our bodies, and another day that wasn’t promised. We don’t want to take that for granted.

Most of all, thank You, Jesus, for paying a price we could never pay ourselves. Thank You for the cross, for Your mercy, for Your grace, and for the forgiveness we freely receive because of Your sacrifice. We are grateful not because we’ve earned it, but because You loved us enough to give it. Help us live today with humble hearts, thankful spirits, and a deeper appreciation for all You’ve done for us. Amen.

Verse of the day:
“But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8

Why this fits today:
Because every day we wake up is a gift, and our salvation is a gift we could never earn. This reminds us to live with gratitude for the love and sacrifice of Jesus.
