What a powerful Sunday at Power House COGIC!

We were honored to recognize our Honor Students and Class of 2026 Graduates and celebrate all that God has helped them accomplish. We also joined together in prayer, asking God's guidance, protection, wisdom, and favor over every student as they prepare for their next season.

We were blessed by a timely message from First Lady Dr. La Freada Riley, *"Prepared Before Empowered,"* reminding us that before God pours out His power, He often calls us to a season of preparation. Through prayer, unity, and seeking God's presence, we position ourselves for the promises He has spoken over our lives.

Before the outpouring came preparation.
Before the power came positioning.

Thank you to everyone who joined us as we celebrated our students and received a powerful word from the Lord.

Today, the Power House Family, together with Pastor Dr. Odell Riley and First Lady Dr. La Freada Riley, solemnly honors the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving in active military duty for our nation.

Because of their bravery and selfless devotion, we are blessed with the freedoms we cherish today. Their legacy of honor and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We continue to lift up the families of our fallen heroes in prayer and extend our deepest appreciation to all who have served and those who continue to serve with courage and commitment.

May God bless and keep them always.

🔥 Pentecost Sunday at Power House COGIC was nothing short of transformative — and the move of God didn’t stop there.

We experienced a powerful encounter through deliverance prayer, heartfelt surrender at the altar, and a tangible move of the Glory of God. Hearts were humbled, chains were broken, and lives were challenged to go deeper in Him.

Pastor Dr. Odell Riley brought forth timely and powerful words reminding us of *“The Power of Oneness in Christ”* and the need to *“Elevate Our Calling from Pentecost.”* We were reminded that Pentecost was never about spectators—but believers united, surrendered, obedient, and filled with the Spirit of God.

And on yesterday, we continued ministry beyond the four walls as we went forth in missions to minister through song at the nursing home. What a blessing it was to worship, encourage, and share the love of Christ with others. ❤️

As we continue throughout this week, let us give God our very best—our service, our prayer, our praise, our surrender, our attendance, and our anointing. Let’s remain hungry for His presence and committed to walking in unity, obedience, and power.

Thank you to everyone who worshipped, prayed, served, sang, and encountered God with us. We are leaving this Pentecost season renewed, refilled, and ready to walk in purpose and power.
