Happy Saturday everyone!
No Church service Feb 1st 2026:
Sadly due to the weather we are experiencing we have decided to cancel our Sunday school and worship services this Sunday. Praying everyone stays safe and warm.

Due to the holiday season We will not be having Wed. Night Bible Study until Jan 7th. We still invite everyone to come and join us for Suday Worship!

We welcom Everyone to come join us at 5:00pm on Dec 14th to hear music from the Moncure Communtiy Yueltide Chior as they present "Good News From Home". We will have a hot choclotae bar & chirstmas desserts follwing the program in the fellowship hall you wont want to miss it!!!!

Announcements!!🔔🔔🔔

Hello church members, friends, and fellow brothers and sisters in Christ! All of us at Haywood hope you have had a terrific summer! We have a couple events coming up and would love for you to join us in them.

This Sunday August 17th: Guest speaker and Potluck Lunch!!

No Sunday school due to the potluck lunch.

Our worship service at 11:00 will be brought to us by Henry Harris. He is the grandson of one of our members and we would love to see everyone come out and support this young man and his ministry.

We will also be having a potluck lunch after church in the fellowship hall!! We will not be catering any food so everyone bring your favorite dish or dessert. Can’t wait to join with everyone for good food and fellowship.

September 20th:
We are taking a trip to the Billy Graham library/ museum in Charlotte. If you would be interested in going reach out to Someone at the church, leave a comment below or stop in and see us! We have a sign up sheet in the vestibule.

Announcements!!🔔🔔

Hello everyone! We have a busy month this month coming into the Easter Season! As we reflect upon the death and resurection of Jesus, and celebrate the love and redemption he has given to us, we would like you to join us during this time!

Upcoming church events:

-Wednesday April 9th
6:00pm: Dinner & Palm Crosses
We will be having a dinner ( sloppy Joes, chips, fruit) and would love to have you help us as we will be folding palm fronds into crosses for our Palm Sunday service. If folding palm fronds is not your thing we will also be stuffing Easter eggs for our “He is risen Easter Celebration” on Saturday the 12th

- Saturday April 12th
10:00am-12:00pm: “He is risen Easter Celebration”
We will have activities for the kids, music and a lunch afterwards! Can’t wait to see you there, and be sure to invite as many people as you can!

-Sunday April 13th
9:45am: Sunday School
11:00am: Palm Sunday Service

-Wednesday April 16th
6:45pm: Bible Study

-Thursday April 17th
7:00pm: “Lord’s Supper & Worship Service”
We will have members of Lee’s Chapel Christian Church joining us for a night of music & worship. We will also be partaking in Holy Communion as we reflect on the Last Supper.

-Sunday April 20th
7:00am: Sunrise service
8:00am: Breakfast
9:00am: Easter Sunday Service
(There will be no Sunday School)

Join us as we celebrate Christmas with a worship filled musical! Also, there will be a gourmet hot chocolate bar with all the fixins’ and Christmas treats afterwards. You do not want to miss it!
