YouthHope encourages, equips, and empowers at-risk kids and teens now and for eternity! Students learn new skills, develop character, and find HOPE!

We bring children and teens from low-income areas into a life-changing relationship with Christ through encouraging, equipping, and empowering them through our Community Outreach, Youth Centers, and Camp Summit Programs. We offer after-school, evening, and weekend programs at our Youth Centers, Camp Summit, and Community Outreach. We help meet physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs

of youth and families in addition to developing leaders of integrity. Students find a safe, loving environment to thrive and grow a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Kids and teens (grades K-12) have positive, caring, Christian role models and authentic relationships (I Thessalonians 1:6).

CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS! 16 Male Mentors needed to partner with our M.O.V.E. Programs this school year. Commitment is ONCE/Month for 1.5 hours during school lunchtime during the school year.

Last week, 325 kids came to the YouthHope Back to School Bash from 103 famillies! Thank you to all our volunteers who helped set up, prep, and serve our community! Special thank you to all the individuals, businesses, churches, and groups who provided backpacks and school supplies! Shout out to Trisha Keel for these great photos! Thank you for your generous donations to our partners at: Sterilite Corporation, Craftsmen Cares, Kiwanis Club of Moline, Aledo United Methodist Church, CBI Bank & Trust, First Evangelical Free Church of Moline, Royal Neighbors of America-Chapter 20356, & Elim Covenant Church

We now have a waitlist of students requesting supplies. If you missed the opportunity to support this event and still want to help provide school supplies for kids this school year, a lot of families are still hoping to receive support. Thank you all for helping kids and teens start the school year well prepared to learn, grow, and thrive!

Elementary boys are having a blast at Camp Summit this week!! Fishing, s’mores, tying ties, creative stations, water games and more! It’s been a HOT week but the boys (and staff) are staying cool with water games, freeze pops, and messages in the Air Conditioning!

We shared plans for the Davenport Youth Center, how we can partner to get kids and families plugged in, and shared about YouthHope's mission and ministry (and enjoyed delicious food!)

A HUGE group of Junior High Boys is out at Camp Summit this week! We need helpers for our lakeside station with our fishing equipment! Volunteers needed to help set up/fix rods, re-line the poles, provide (good) bait, and help the boys catch fish!! You will help give many campers the experience of catching their first fist!
