Faith confesses—and then follows.
This week:
1. Name your confession.
Take a few minutes to finish this sentence:
“Who do I say Jesus is?
Don't give the church's answer.
Give your answer. Bring It back next week.
2. Live one part of your confession.
If you believe Jesus is compassionate—show compassion.
If you believe Jesus welcomes—welcome someone.
If you believe Jesus serves—serve someone.
If you believe Jesus crosses boundaries—cross one.
Closing thought:
“Peter's confession was not the finish line. It was the first step. And maybe that's where faith begins for us, too—not when we finally have all the answers, but when we can say, ‘You are the Christ,’ and then have the courage to ask, ‘Jesus, where are you leading me?’”
