Nicholas is located in Mogadore, Ohio and is a parish of the Diocese of Chicago and the Midwest, Orthodox Church in America. Our parish was established in Akron, Ohio in 1917 and has been at its present location since 1984. Our parish has many parishioners who have converted to Orthodoxy in addition to many who were born and raised in The Church. If you have never experienced Orthodoxy, come and see the beauty of The Faith.

Three days left to order your Tuesday, Oct 6 drive-thru! We're making Cabbage Roll Dinners and Fried Cod Dinners.
We also have sides of Cheesy Potatoes and quarts of homemade Borcht Soup. And for dessert—Baba Vera's Bread Pudding.
Stock up for family gatherings and get a dozen frozen cabbage rolls--fully cooked and ready to reheat. We also have frozen quarts of sauerkraut and pierogi by the dozen.

Baba's Bunch was on fire today as we hosted St. Michael's team for the Inaugural Pierogi Cup Game. The teams began with a prayer, lead by Fr. Wyslutsky followed by Basil Kochan singing the National Anthem.
The teams introduced themselves to begin a get to know each other. Then Dc Dan Kovalak (St. Michael's coach) and Val Kuzemchak (Baba's Bunch coach) got their teams together and the game began. After some amazing softball by both teams, Baba's Bunch won out at 10-6! Baba's Bunch won the Pierogi Cup for this year. The MVP of the game was Nick Memorich!
Way to go teams!! We can't wait to carry on our new tradition next year.
