This summer we invite you to journey through Psalms with us - we will get to connect with one another, pray, talk about God's Word and be taught by Heather Blass and others! We now the summer is a different season, sometimes more flexible, sometimes more full...so for one hour a week for 8 weeks, let's join together and grow. What might God do in and through you as you invest your time this way? Great time to jump in if you've never been - great opportunity to continue leaning in. We shared an opportunity to join the effort to translate the book of Acts into a dialect in Nigeria -- Would you like to be a part? This video we shared at Refresh, from the Museum of the Bible in Washington DC. A room full of Bibles, or empty cases waiting for a Bible, in languages from all over the world - representing whole Bibles translated, parts of Bibles translated, ones in the process of being translated, and ones that haven't begun at all. Coming up next week! We can't wait to see YOU at Refresh next Friday! It's going to be an amazing, full night! We will have a light dinner together, make a mini-bouquet for yourself!, check out Cafe Astoria for half priced drinks (including a Signature Drink just for our night at Refresh!), new BVG Women merch, the Nook will be open and that's all just before we even begin in the Worship Center!
We LOVE coming together in Worship of our amazing God - and we are going to sing praises with our Pastor James Fewell leading the team, and we will have a super-special opportunity to make a Global Impact -- what does that mean? You'll have to come and see! Be praying about participating :) AND then we get to be taught by Erica Wiggenhorn, the author of our last year of Bible studies in Acts!
