Today, on National Peace Officers Memorial Day,
💙🚔🖤 I had the honor of attending and offering prayer at the Davidson County Police Officer Memorial Service in Lexington, NC.

This meaningful service was a solemn reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of the men and women in law enforcement who faithfully serve their communities each day. As names were remembered and honors rendered for 19 fallen officers, we were reminded that freedom and safety often come at a great cost. 🇺🇸

We are grateful for those who gave their lives in the line of duty. Their sacrifice will never be forgotten, and we continue to pray for the families, friends, and fellow officers who carry both the pride and pain of their memory. 🙏

On this National Peace Officers Memorial Day, may we pause to show gratitude for all law enforcement officers who stand watch over our communities and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

I enjoyed the day with Pastor Glen Earls and the dear folks of Charity Baptist Church in Graham. I’m thankful for the opportunity to present the law enforcement ministry 💙🚔🖤 during the Sunday School hour, followed by a meaningful time of questions and answers. I’m also grateful for the good liberty to preach in the worship service—we certainly sensed God’s help and touch. 🙌🏻

Pastor Earls’ son-in-law, Carl Huxhold, will soon be starting the BLET program, sponsored by the Graham Police Department. 🚔 Let’s keep him in our prayers as he prepares for this important step.

Church family, thank you for your kindness and all you did today! We sincerely appreciate your warm spirit, your receptiveness to the Word of God, and your interest in partnering with us. It was a blessing to be with you! 😊

We were so excited to be with Pastor Logan Buchanan, Mrs. Kayla, and the folk of Gospel Way Baptist Church in Mars Hill, NC again! ❤️⛪️ We’re thankful for the friendships the Lord allows us to have and appreciate so much the opportunity to see one another from time to time. 😊

Church, God sure is good! He has blessed y’all! 🙌🏻 As always, we enjoy the guitar and bass playing and singing of the old time hymns! Thankful to preach the Word of God and hope it helped your hearts! Thank you for your kindness and fellowship. We praise God for you! 🧡

There’s Hope during the seasons of hurt! 🙌🏻 He is preparing us for what’s ahead. God used Joseph and He will use us. Keep on! There’s a better day coming! Love y’all!

What an AMAZING day with Pastor Jason Holley, Mrs. Tiffani, and the precious people of Hanes! God was so good to bless us with His presence during the worship service! 🙌🏻 We are so grateful to all the first responders and their families who joined us! They truly are remarkable in every sense - always putting others first. 🚒🚔🚑🎧 Their commitment and sacrifice doesn’t go unnoticed! ❤️

Church, a huge THANK YOU to all who participated‼️ From the beginning of preparations, inviting people, the moment they arrived in the parking lot, the friendliness, the decor, the children’s presentation and song, the choir singing, specials, the gifts, the first responder’s meal, the sweet fellowship, and the activities/ice cream for the children, God’s love was not only shown, but felt!

We are thankful to be a part of Hanes and love that you intentionally and genuinely love people! We love that you want to EXALT CHRIST foremost! 🙌🏻

Enjoyed the first day of the North Carolina Sheriff’s Association Chaplain Training ✝️ 🚔- an incredible time of learning, fellowship, and sharpening the call to serve those who protect and serve.

This training reinforces the vital role chaplains play in supporting our deputies and their families through crisis, trauma, and everyday challenges. Topics include critical incident response, officer wellness and resilience, death notifications, su***de awareness, and maintaining a strong spiritual foundation while walking alongside law enforcement in the hardest moments.

A special highlight was meeting K-9 Sandy, 🐕 the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office therapy dog. Sandy is a powerful reminder of the comfort and calm that can be brought into high-stress environments—serving both officers and the community with compassion.

One of the instructor’s, Chaplain Mark Agan, is also the pastor of Community Baptist Church in Siler City, NC. We are looking forward to being with him and the folk of Community in September for a First Responder’s Day. 🇺🇸

Please continue to pray 🙏 for our law enforcement officers and the chaplains who stand beside them—ready at any hour to bring hope, peace, and strength.

We continue to be amazed at the engagement of teenagers in the churches we visit. Their curiosity, respect, and passion speak volumes about the future. Malachi (holding the shield & vest) is prayerfully considering a career in law enforcement, and Oliver (wearing the vest) is weighing his options. Both are involved in the Police 👮🏼‍♂️ Explorers program and have recently joined Civil Air Patrol—what an incredible step toward serving others! 🧡

What an honor to be with Pastor Harold McMillian, Mrs. Wendy, and the congregation of Midway Baptist Church in Lexington, NC! ❤️⛪️ They had a special Sunday and we were blessed to be part of the night service and preach alongside Brother Todd McKeehan - first time being in service with him and Mrs. Missy. Thankful for God’s touch in the service!

We were also able to set up our mission’s 🗡️🛡️ display and present the law enforcement ministry. We count it a joy that Midway decided to partner with us in serving those who protect and serve! 💙🚔🖤

Church, thank you for having us! What a WONDERFUL time we had with Pastor Robert Hoyle, Mrs. Jeannie, and the church family at Little River Baptist Church in Spring Lake, NC! ❤️⛪️

This special congregation near Fort Bragg—made up of active 🪖 and retired military, law enforcement 🚔, firefighters 🚒, and their families—was such a blessing to worship with. We were honored to set up our missions display 🗡️ 🛡️, and share during the Sunday School hour, giving us extra time to show how God is using this ministry to serve those who protect and serve.

From the very beginning, we felt the presence and blessing of God on Pastor Hoyle, his family, and the entire church. 🙌🏻 We’re so thankful for the receptive hearts to the Word of God 📖 and the opportunity to share the hope we have in Christ. ✝️

Church family—you are a blessing! We especially loved seeing so many teenagers take interest in the mission display and enjoyed connecting with those currently serving and those who have served.
