This year's Solemnity of the Assumption of Our Lady into Heaven falls on a Saturday, and is therefore not a Holy Day of Obligation.
It is still, however, a Holy Day!!
We will be celebrating Mass for the Assumption at St. Joseph on Friday, August 14 at 5:30 pm.
Please come and celebrate and rejoice in God's great love.

Parents, no one can replace your role in raising and forming your children in the faith. Raise them in the Church. Teach them the faith, help them grow in virtue and holiness. Help them become saints.

Love (or charity) and truth go hand-in-hand, you can't have one without the other. Jesus often taught hard things, but it was always in love and charity. Look to him as your example when discerning the truth or when you share the truth to another.
