Wear RED for Pentecost!

Join us on Saturday and Sunday by wearing red to Mass—a fun and meaningful way to enter into the celebration of Pentecost! You’ll see the priest in red vestments, and here’s why: Red symbolizes the Holy Spirit—the tongues of fire, the boldness, the burning love poured out on the Church.
Let’s fill the pews with red as we pray:
Come, Holy Spirit!

Whatever you're carrying today and is weighing on your heart, place it in God's hands.
Surrender it all to him and trust him. For nothing is beyond his power or control.
Struggling to believe that? Remember the "impossible" things written throughout Sacred Scripture.
Nothing is impossible for God.

The Ascension is not an ending—it’s a sending.

Christ entrusts His disciples with a mission to all nations, with the promise to remain always.

That mission continues today—and we are part of it.

Have you heard about the apparitions of Our Lady to the children of Fátima? It is a remarkable story worth learning about!
On this day in 1917, Our Lady appeared to Sts. Jacinta and Francisco and their cousin, Servant of God Sr. Lucia of Fátima, for the first time.
During this apparition, Our Lady instructed them to devote themselves to the Holy Trinity and to pray the Rosary everyday. Like the children of Fátima, may we, too, devote ourselves to praying the Rosary daily, to the Holy Trinity and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
There's so much more to the story. You can read more about these apparitions and Mary's requests to the children in the article below.

Want to celebrate today's feast in your home? Consider lighting candles, wear blue, make a simple spiritual bouquet of prayers for Mary, or bring flowers to a statue of Our Lady in your home or parish.
Our Lady of Fátima, pray for us!

Thanks to the gift of the priesthood we are able to receive Jesus in the Eucharist. Our priests are at the center of bringing Jesus in the Eucharist to the faithful every Sunday, and on special occasions such as First Holy Communion. To make sure the upcoming and future generations are also able to receive Our Lord's body, we need more good and holy priests. If you're a young man thinking God may be calling you to the priesthood, reach out to your parish or the Vocations Office.

Do you find yourself trying to take control of your life when God has something else in mind for you? He is the author of your life, cooperate with him and let him write your story. He will show you what he has planned for you.⁣
Do you trust him enough to let go of control?⁣
If not, ask him for the grace to let go and surrender yourself to him and his plan.
