I want to make this special announcement:
I shared the following word of revelatory knowledge with our church in our Friday night prayer and anointing service July 8, 2016.
Letters need to be distributed to our city and state police departments, all government officials, the Democratic and Republican party constituents; up to the President of the United States. We are asking for a legal document to be drawn up that patrolling and off duty police officers will have to sign. The agreement is that officers will not ‘shoot to kill’, aiming at the head, heart or other vital parts of an African American when making an arrest, traffic stop, or simply questioning with assumptive (or presumptive) thought that triggers immediate, unnecessarily forceful actions.
African Americans have hands, feet, legs, and shoulders (away from the heart) should force need to be used, and it is understood, deadly force is not the first mode of subduing a “suspect” according to training. Additionally, officers have other tools that can be used before guns are used; those are also, too often, being misused, but should be used first whenever possible, to subdue, not to kill.
We are aware that others are dying at the hands of unyielding police; we grieve them as well. However, it is the incessant advertisement African Americans getting killed without being tried that is beyond concerning. We are making an earnest appeal that the document makes the demand of officers that no deadly force will be used against any person as the first and immediate choice to subdue them. We further make the appeal that this document becomes part of police force training and every local government, to be acknowledged and upheld by each state governing body.
I thank God for this avenue of communication, so that I can speak this revelation that GOD has given me, to you. For over 40 years, God has caused me to be tried and tested with various things He would have me say and do. Oftentimes, it doesn’t make sense, but I thank God for good results when instructions are followed. Therefore, I praise God now for the lives being spared because you are hearing what God has revealed to me.
