🌟 Laity & Children’s Sunday at Kingswood UMC! 🌟

Join us Sunday, October 18 at 10:00 AM for a special celebration of Laity and Children’s Sunday at Kingswood United Methodist Church!

It will be a wonderful morning as members of our congregation, both young and young at heart, come together to participate in worship and share their gifts, faith, and love for Christ. ❤️

The church is at its best when we serve together, encourage one another, and celebrate the many ways God works through each of us. We look forward to worshiping together as one church family!

Come celebrate the joy of faith, the blessing of community, and the spirit of togetherness! 🙌

🌱📈 GROW: Ways to Give — Stocks & Bonds 📈🌱

Did you know you can support Kingswood by donating stocks and bonds?

Gifts of appreciated securities can be a meaningful way to support the church while potentially providing tax benefits. According to the United Methodist Foundation, donating appreciated securities may allow you to avoid capital gains taxes on the sale and receive an income tax deduction for the current market value of the gift, subject to IRS limits.

The Alabama-West Florida United Methodist Foundation can help facilitate gifts of stocks and bonds to benefit Methodist churches and ministries.

📄 Check out the information below to learn more about the benefits and steps involved in making a gift of stocks or bonds.

🌱 Grow in generosity. Grow the ministry. Grow together.

🌱✨ GROW: Our Stewardship Campaign ✨🌱

We are excited to begin our stewardship campaign, GROW, inspired by Philippians 1:6b:

“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion…”

Stewardship is about more than simply giving—it’s about growing in our faith, growing in generosity, and growing the ministries God has entrusted to us.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be highlighting and sharing resources about different ways to give, including both familiar and lesser-known opportunities for supporting the church and its ministries.

As we begin this journey, we invite you to prayerfully consider how God is calling you to GROW in generosity and in your support of Kingswood.

🌱 Grow in Faith. Grow in Generosity. Grow in Giving. 🌱
