The first words Jesus spoke after His resurrection? “Peace be with you.” Not once, not twice, but THREE times. After betrayal, abandonment, and death, He came offering reconciliation, not condemnation.

The disciples hid behind locked doors, paralyzed by fear and shame. Yet Jesus walked through those barriers, wounds still visible, extending forgiveness so profound that resentment melted away. This is the mystery we celebrate during the 50 days of Easter—not just a single Sunday, but a transformative season.

Here’s the challenge: Jesus reconciled us with God once and for all, then sent us to do the same with others. Even those we think least deserve it. Even those we struggle to love. Our salvation is wrapped up in theirs. What walls have you built? What doors have you locked? The risen Christ calls us to unlock them, tear them down, and step into God’s kingdom of reconciliation together.

The work is difficult. But we’re equipped with the Holy Spirit to make it possible.

The angel’s message at the empty tomb holds four life-changing answers for every searching heart: “I know what you’re looking for. You won’t find it among the dead. See for yourself. Now go and find Him.”

We all have a God-shaped void within us, and nothing in this world—not success, relationships, wealth, or pleasure—can truly satisfy. The tomb is still empty because Jesus is alive, and He alone can fill what we’re desperately seeking.

This Easter, the invitation remains: “You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart.” Whether you’re searching for faith for the first time, feeling empty despite your achievements, or struggling to find your way out of darkness, there’s One who has the answers you need. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you.

The resurrection isn’t just history—it’s God’s ongoing promise to bring life out of death. Go and find Him.

This Palm Sunday, we’re confronted with a powerful question: What are we really looking for?

The crowds threw down their cloaks and waved palm branches, expecting a warrior-king to overthrow their oppressors. They wanted a Jehu or a Judas Maccabeus. But Jesus came riding on a donkey, headed not to a throne, but to a cross.

The same voices that shouted “Hosanna!” on Sunday would cry “Crucify Him!” by Friday. Why? Because Jesus didn’t fulfill their expectations. He came to do something far greater than political revolution—He came to defeat evil itself through sacrifice, not strength.

In our volatile world, we’re constantly told where to place our hope: in leaders, movements, or shows of power. But true victory over injustice and corruption comes only through the cross. There is no triumph without it.

This Holy Week, fix your eyes on the one place God wants us to look: Christ and Him Crucified. That’s where real hope is found.
