To lead without the presence of God is to move ahead of Him. It is choosing performance over presence, confidence in self over dependence on God, and gifting over intimacy. No assignment can be fulfilled according to Heaven's blueprint apart from the One who authored it.

This is one of the greatest deceptions that can ever be embraced!

We may achieve success in the eyes of people while drifting further from God's intended purpose.

Skill can build platforms but only the presence of God builds Kingdom.

Moses understood this when he declared:

"If Your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here." — Exodus 33:15

Moses knew that the mark of God's people was not their skill but it was God's presence. Without Him, every achievement we receive is temporary. With Him, every step is sustained by His wisdom, favor, and power.

Many are exhausted because they have substituted God's presence for performance. Others have sacrificed intimacy for their gifting. Thinking their gift can sustain what only God's presence is designed to carry.

What is costing many more than they could have ever imagined is the absence of God's presence. God's presence is not an accessory to our assignment but it is the very source of our strength, direction, and advancement.

May we lead from the presence of God because without it there is a cost....

The spirit of the waster is one of the enemy's most subtle strategies.

It never appears as something destructive. But it disguises itself as a habit, a distraction, a relationship, or even an assignment that slowly drains your time, potential, and resources.

Its goal is to keep you trapped in cycles of unproductivity, causing delay and preventing you from fully walking in God's purpose for your life.

The spirit of the waster can manifest through procrastination, slothfulness, toxic relationships, constant distractions, a lack of self-control, or unhealthy habits that rob you financially.

Scripture warns us about this very thing:

"Whoever is slack in his work is a brother to him who destroys." — Proverbs 18:9

The Hebrew understanding of destroyer points to one who wastes, ruins, or brings things to destruction. It shows that it has a shared DNA, and the same nature because it's a shared spirit that's why the scripture verse mentions brother in the text.

Proverbs 6:10–11 warns us that a little sleep, a little slumber, and a little folding of the hands can lead to lack and loss. The thief sometimes steals one day, one opportunity, and one act of disobedience at a time.

The good news is that God calls us to redeem the time.

To redeem the time means to buy back what has been lost by making the most of every God-given opportunity. It means redeeming divine opportunities, reclaiming years that have been wasted, breaking agreement with procrastination and distraction, walking in diligence instead of slothfulness, praying for wisdom, discipline, and self-control, and aligning our lives with God's priorities rather than our impulses.

The enemy wants to waste your life but God wants to restore it!

Today, ask the Lord to reveal every area where the spirit of the waster has been operating. Then partner with the Holy Spirit to redeem the time, reclaim your purpose, and walk in the fullness of what God has ordained, in Jesus name!

There is power in the expression of God.

When God speaks, He shapes, creates and transforms.

From the very beginning, God's spoken Word brought Heaven's reality into the earth. We can't treat His voice only for information because it was the power of God's expression that birthed creation.

As sons and daughters of God, we are called not only to hear His voice but to listen with understanding and respond with obedience. It is in hearing Him that we receive His blueprint, and in obeying Him that His will is established in the earth.

The depth of our spiritual language will always be connected to the depth of our intimacy with the Holy Spirit. We cannot accurately express Heaven if we have not first communed with the One who speaks from Heaven.

May we become a people who dwell in His presence, discern His voice, and carry His expression into every sphere He has entrusted to us. As our intimacy deepens, so does our authority, our discernment, and our ability to release what Heaven has declared.

"The words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." — John 6:63

May we live from that realm of authority where every word we release is first birthed in the presence of God.

What we allow to feed us will eventually be revealed through us.

It will show up in how we speak. It will show up in how we live. It will show up in how we see others. It will show up in what we value, what we like, and how we respond under pressure.

This is why Scripture tells us to guard our hearts, because our heart shapes our beliefs, influences our decisions, and directs the course of our lives.

According to the posture of our hearts, our belief systems are formed. If our heart is continually being shaped by the presence and truth of God, our lives will reflect His character. But if our soul remains fractured by unhealed wounds, offense, fear, rejection, or deception, those broken areas will eventually surface in our words, relationships, leadership, and daily choices.

We cannot consistently produce what we have not allowed God to cultivate within us.

Transformation begins with the heart. As God heals, renews, and forms us, our perspective changes, our beliefs align with His truth, and our lives begin to bear the fruit of His Spirit.

Ask yourself today: What has been feeding my heart?

Because whatever feeds your heart will eventually shape your life.
