I am incredibly thankful to God for this accomplishment of earning my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Christian Counseling.
Last year, I was unable to participate in commencement because I chose to be front and center cheering on our son as he received his awards and graduated from high school. The university graciously offered me the opportunity to walk this year since I missed last year's ceremony, but due to scheduling conflicts, I was unable to attend.
Nevertheless, this journey has been worth every late night, every sacrifice, and every challenge. The hard work paid off, and I am grateful for the strength God gave me to persevere. I am especially thankful for my family, who stood by me, encouraged me, and supported me even when balancing school, ministry, work, and family responsibilities felt overwhelming.
This degree is a testament to God's faithfulness, perseverance, and the power of having a strong support system.
