Join the Archdiocese of Mobile on the Solemnity of Christ the King (Nov. 23) for a procession followed by Mass at the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception! All are welcome to join, however if you are unable to be there in person, you can still tune into the Mass which will be livestreamed on our page!

Plans are being made for this year’s celebration of the Feast of Christ the King to take place Sunday, November 26, 2023. The Rosary procession will begin at 10:30 AM from the corner of Dauphin and Conception Streets. The procession will conclude at Cathedral Square and participants will enter the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception for the Mass. Exceptional volunteers have been nominated from parishes throughout the archdiocese to receive the Christ the King Medal during the Mass. All are welcome to join the procession and Mass for this celebration of Catholic faith!

Today’s the Day! Bundle up the family and come to Bienville Square by 10:30 am for the Christ the King Procession.
Congratulations to all those selected to receive the Christ the King Medal this year. We give thanks for the dedicated witness of all those who have received the medal in the past. May you always reflect the Light of Christ to the world.
