Called To Serve!!

In July 2025, just one year ago, these incredible young women and men from Moapa Valley, Nevada, gathered together one final time before dispersing around the world to serve missions. They would soon be leaving their small, rural community to share the light of the Savior as they serve and testify of Jesus Christ to God's children!

Each of them received a call to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints! They were anxiously anticipating the experiences they would have, the people they would meet, and the person they would become along the way.
Over this past year, several more of their peers have joined them in missionary efforts being made across the globe to help Gather Israel! Each mission is a completely different experience, but the power of the message is the same-Jesus Christ lives and loves each of us!

These Moapa Valley missionaries are just a few among thousands of others, who are experiencing what it means to serve with all of their heart, might, mind and strength! They have put their full trust in their Savior, knowing He will provide a way for them to accomplish His work. Their willingness to leave all that is comfortable and familiar in life, to go wherever they were called to serve, is a powerful testament to their discipleship! Their faith and desire to share the joy of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others, is both exciting and humbling to witness!

The Savior is truly giving these
incredible missionaries the strength and confidence they need, to share His Gospel with all who will hear it!
Undoubtedly, they are involved in this great work of gathering Israel, in preparation for the Second Coming of the Savior to the earth again one day!
Hurrah for Israel!!

Alma 26:12- "Yea, I know that | am nothing; as to my strength I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God, for in his strength I can do all things; yea, behold, many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land, for which we will praise his name forever."
