Sermon Recap: Pastor Brian discussed how the essence of marriage is “love in action.” He distinguished between love as a feeling and love as a deliberate choice or action. Romantic feelings may fade, but choosing to act in love endures. He referenced that the Greek word “agape” used in the Bible refers to an unconditional, sacrificial, and willful love that manifests in action, mirroring Christ’s love for the church.
