HAPPY PASTOR APPRECIATION MONTH!

To every pastor who is truly after God’s heart, we honor you! People see the preaching, the teaching, the praying and the pouring, but they don’t always see the sacrifice, the tears, the warfare, the sleepless nights and the weight that comes with carrying God’s people.

Pastoring is more than a title. It’s a CALLING! And everybody who wants the microphone doesn’t understand the weight of the mantle. WHEW!

Today, I want to honor my husband, Pastor Roger Dorris, and thank God for allowing us to serve His people together. We are not perfect, but our YES to God is real! Our prayer is that we never become so busy doing ministry that we forget the God who called us to it. May our hearts remain pure, our hands remain clean, and our ears remain sensitive to His voice.

We don’t pastor for applause. We pastor because we answered THE CALL! To every shepherd who has remained faithful even when the assignment got heavy, KEEP GOING! Heaven sees what people overlook.

💍❤️ HAPPY WEDDING ANNIVERSARY TO OUR PASTOR & PROPHETESS! ❤️💍

On behalf of the entire Elevate Ministries family, we celebrate Pastor Roger & Prophetess Whitney Marie Dorris on their wedding anniversary!

We are so grateful for the love, sacrifice, leadership, and dedication you both continually pour into this ministry. Thank you for not only teaching us about Kingdom principles, but for allowing us to witness what it looks like to live them out together.

Your marriage is a beautiful example of Kingdom love, partnership, commitment, friendship, and keeping God at the center. The way you serve God, serve one another, and serve His people continues to impact our lives in more ways than you know.

Today, we honor the covenant you share and pray that God continues to strengthen your union, deepen your love, increase your joy, and bless you with many more beautiful years together. May your marriage continue to be a testimony of what happens when God remains at the center of a Kingdom covenant.

911: THE CALL was POWERFUL!

I’m still sitting with everything God did through our youth and young adults. To see them worship, pray, prophesy, use their gifts and completely surrender to God reminded me WHY we have to keep creating space for this generation.

They are not the church of tomorrow. THEY ARE THE CHURCH RIGHT NOW.

God is raising up a generation that is not ashamed of His presence, His power or His voice. What happened at 911 was bigger than an event. It was a CALL, and they answered.

I am so proud of every young person who participated, served, worshipped and allowed God to use them. ENTRUST, this is only the beginning!

And to every parent, guardian, young person and young adult reading this, THIS IS YOUR INVITATION. There is a place for you at Elevate. Bring your gifts. Bring your questions. Bring your fire. Bring your friends. Just GET HERE.

We are building a place where this generation can encounter God, discover who they are, develop their gifts and be ENTRUSTED with what God has placed inside of them.

The call has gone out. The question is, WILL YOU ANSWER?
