On Monday I posted a word the Lord gave me about paradigm shift. This morning I want to share a story about something that happened to me that same Monday afternoon, that highlights how imperative it is that we seriously step into this shift.

I needed deodorant and because I can only use one particular brand. I decided to visit a particular location where I can get a good deal on a them. I arrived at location got out of my vehicle and while I was walking up to the entrance, twice I heard in my Spirit, fire! I literally just ignored it, putting it down to the fact that recently I have been hearing a lot about fires.

Went in bought my deodorants and left. Yesterday while watching the news I heard there was a major fire at this location. Been very honest and transparent this last season has been so brutal, name it, and I would most likely be able to say, check! Sometimes it was so intense, i didn't see how i could survive this onslaught. There were several times I thought of just laying this all down.

For many of us, our confidence was severely eroded due to the incessant onslaught of the enemy and while our Lord allowed this intense and severe season of pruning and developing. His intentions were not fo our giftings and callings to diminished. It was so that we could decrease that He might increase.

In prior dispensations many took themselves off the wheel and despite been called, they never got chosen. Cause when He calls, He still has to qualify. Lots of called leaders but not many chosen. The road to chosen is not for the swift or faint of heart, since it could literally cost everything. But it's in that place of emptiness that made room for His Glory. Devastation that made room for a rebuild, according to His specifications.

Anyway, back to what happened. From I saw the news report of the fire, my thoughts have been, what if I had truly leaned in and get instructions? could I have warned someone or prayed about it, could this have been averted. On top of the erosion in confidence, there is the foggiest, business and the over occupation with the things of the world that seriously needs to be included in the former and be shifted out. Is sharing this something that highlights my finest hour? absolutely not! However, if how I feel would still be a major factor in this season. Then His investment in qualifying me would have been utterly wasted.

Listen! my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, especially those who have been contending in faith. Being on the frontline of the attacks of the last season It's really and truly time that we walk into the new and forget the former things. Winter has passed now is spring time.

There is just too much at stake for us to remain where we were. All hands on deck. Let the Apostles build and walk in their Apostleship with integrity. Let the Prophets, prophesy truth, let the Pastors, shephard in love, let the teachers, teach the unadulterated word of God and let the Evangelist go tell the world about Him. Miracles, signs and wonders will follow because we are believing and doing His will. Let the greater works church arise!

The fields are ripe and the expectations are also high. Hence the thoroughness of the processing by ourYou've been forged in the fire for the fire and a mojor weapon in the Father's hand to destroy the works of the enemy and advance His kingdom. The shift is imperative!

CAN GOD TRUST YOU!

Do you know that if you're are called to the prophetic it's ok to be the odd voice? I have never shared this publicly before but I sense that there has been another major shift in the Spirit that is allowing for more liberty for some hidden ones. Anyway, there was a season a few years ago when most of the major prophetic voices were saying the same thing regarding a particular subject.

Anyway, God had said something completely opposite to me and at first I even questioned whether I had truly heard from Him or not since some of the words were coming from very seasoned voices in the prophetic movement. However, something I have learnt about God over the years is that, whenever He shares something with me I need to seek clarity regarding the stewardship of the information. Some times it's information that is open to be shared, other times it's not or It could be just a matter of timing. Anyway, this word was not one I had the authority to share publicly infact, the situation was not one I was given the liberty to even express an opinion on publicly.

However, I did have the liberty to speak to a few people and one was a very close friend who had been very vocal on this matter publicly. I remembered sending this person a private message just asking if he had personally heard from God on this matter. His response was yes and he also directed me to go and read what all the popular voices were saying on this subject. I left that right there, knowing that it's not my place or position to question anyone's personal communication with God. I have always said "not even salvation is forced" God gives us free will. Therefore, it's not my duty to force my thoughts and opinions on anyone. We should all be given the liberty to express or not to. But to be forced, not at all.

Anyway it turned out that what I had heard from God was exactly the outcome despite popular opinions. My reason for sharing this is because I was prompted by the Holy Spirit to share at this time firstly, because I really believe that He is calling His church back into a place of balance and secondly for those that are called to the prophetic to understand that sometimes you might be the odd one but it's ok to not roll with the popular opinion. At the end of the day what you will be called to give and an account for, is what He said. The outcomes will always be up to Him, our duty is just to obey and sometimes the greatest act of obedience is to be able to become trustworthy enough where God can trust us because our desire to be obedient outweighs our desire to be popular or relevant.

Though this article is a little long, I truly believe I heard from God in writing this. I pray you will take the opportunity to read it. Like and share to someone who you feel could benefit from this word.

LETTER TO THE BODY OF CHRIST - TIME TO PIVOT.

Each move of God has had it's fair share of wonderful things but yet not without it's fair share of imbalances, some of these imbalances are still being perpetuated in and on the Body of Christ right now by those leading, I was about to say "called to lead" but refrained. Because the Lord clearly showed me, that many leaders in the Body never got to the place of being chosen. Let me explain, when we get called into Ministry it's usually just an initial call into getting qualified by the Holy Spirit. Many leaders gets that call in the Spirit but then start operating in the natural. Doing church by Leaning on their understanding of how it's all supposed to work.
In order to get to that place of being chosen by God, often means, knowing nothing but Christ and Him crucified like Paul said.For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.

https://bible.com/bible/114/1co.2.2.NKJV. Therefore many are on the job for years, called but never confirmed or got to the position of being chosen by Him. Confirmed by man, for sure, but by God? absolutely not!

Anyway, going back to the imbalance that He would have me speak to in this article, one He's asked me highlight has been a major strong man in the leadership of the Body of Christ, that is hindering or have hindered a major move through His people is the control and manipulation practices stemming from the Sheparding movement. This movement literally gave the leaders voice and authority more autonomy than the most important person on this earth, the Holy Spirit's.
Who was never sent to be exclusive to any Christian leadership or group. Or appeared in a variety of size, where one person only gets to receive a smaller Holy Spirit in comparison to someone else.
However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you.

For a number of years now, we the leadership in the Body have all been preaching Isaiah 43:18-19, “Do not remember the former things, Nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert.

Could it be one of the reasons we have not seen the new thing that we have all been believing for to breakforth in the Body, is because we are failing to realize; that, the prerequisite for the new, is to forget the former. I don't believe He is asking us to throw out the baby with the bath water in all circumstances. However, there is a popular saying, that insanity is doing things the same way, while expecting different results.

The cursing and holding court on those who dare to leave our buildings/organizations is insanity. The Bible tells us to bless and not curse. I know some believers who are more concerned and afraid of upsetting their leader than they are about disobeying God. They are afraid of the repercussions and shunning that is often one of the ramifications for leaving. Many have remained in places, wearing shoes that no longer fit, all due to the fear of man. Hopefully it will not be a charge on their account for heeding and complying to man's voice over His. I have seen those who have gone so far has to call those who leave prodigals". If you have acted on the voice of the one who created you with a purpose. You are not a prodigal. You are a prodigal when you have gone astray from your creator, that is choosing to do your will, over His will. His voice should always take precedent over any other voice.

It is important to note and remember that once you have heard His voice you will be called to account for what you did or didn't do.
You might have been called to go for that one! and it would have been well worth it. He left the ninety nine and went after the one, He fed thousands at once but there are more accounts in the word of individual healings and encounters.

What worked before will not work in this Kingdom Era that we have entered into. God is going to require that all hands be on deck because souls are waiting in the balance. Why should the fields be white and the laborers few? Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

Could their be a shortage in the fields because we are more concerned about our numbers, persons or amounts, either way, than we are about souls that are perishing. Jesus death brought about multiplication and that is the very essence of the kingdom of God. To be fruitful and multiply. To obstruct or hinder multiplication is to be about another's agenda. Not the Kingdom of God.

Many of the Shepherds have become so self centered and ego centric that they have failed to realize two very important points.

1. Shepherds do not reproduce sheep, nope! sheep reproduce sheep.

2. The sheep belongs to God.

And don't believe for a moment that some of things He is going to have me speak about overtime are not things that I have not had to learn or unlearn, during what I now call my years in Arabia/cave/wilderness .
When i was thrust into full time ministry I thought, ok! I am ready. Little did I realize that what I was entering into was an intense season of qualification. God still qualifies the called.

And one of the things i had to unlearn was on this particular subject of shepherding. I had been in one particular place where control and pride was the strong man in that Ministry and so the first time I had people leave the Ministry I thought, oh no! I need to go after them to have them return to the Church. And I remember God speaking g to me very clearly and I will never forget it , this His what He said. " Dione the sheep belong to me and I can shift them to whomever or wherever I choose to,
Dione! your duty is to ensure that you invest enough in them, so they can bring or add value however or where ever I choose to lead them". Period! I have endeavored to follow that principle from then onwards. Yes, there might have been a short season where I might have go on a rant. But whether it is in what ever I put out on social media, through my conferences, the Church or groups I have been called to lead it has been my endeavor to ensure that after salvation, learning and growth is a priority. If it's a Bible verse, maybe it's one they never knew or understood before.

If we are not training and releasing then the fields will continue to be white, while the laborers remain few. One of the words used to describe a Disciple, is; a learner. While we will forever be students there must be a point where we are called to put all that we have learnt into practice. There are some pretty fat Churches bursting at the seems with old wine in old wine skins. Jesus very first public miracle, when He filled those six Water pots is about Him always wanting man to receive a fresh infilling to serve a thirsty world. Yet He has saved the best for last for those willing to become empty.

I believe this letter is to serve as a warning to many to take stock, and pivot voluntarily. Hopefully those who have ears will hear, will what the Spirit of the Lord is saying. I will always do and say what He has told me to do. The outcomes are up to Him.
