19-year-old Rheanna Laderoute was given abortion pills at an Ontario abortion facility to end the life of her preborn baby.
She told nobody, not even her mother or sister.
After 2 weeks, Laderoute was still in excruciating pain and bleeding heavily, so she went to the ER. During her initial visit, doctors performed an ultrasound, but did no further testing...
A week later, Rheanna was taken by ambulance back to the ER. She was described as having a peritonitic abdomen (severe inflammation), and a nurse noted that she was crying while clutching her stomach. The doctor ordered imaging, bloodwork, and a urine sample. She was given morphine, antibiotics, and painkillers. Then she was discharged again.
The next day, Rheanna returned to the ER showing signs of sepsis. Hours later, doctors finally evaluated her. She had been at the hospital for 8 hours before she received IV antibiotics. Nurses wanted her transferred to the ICU, but they were ignored.
Then her heart stopped.
Medical staff worked for 22 minutes to resuscitate her. Only then was she taken to the ICU. But it was too late. She had gone into multi-organ failure, and after two more cardiac arrests, she tragically died.
Sepsis and infection are known complications of the abortion pill regimen.
Recent studies show 1 in 10 women experience life-threatening complications: hemorrhaging, infection, sepsis, transfusions, hospitalization, & more. But the abortion industry pushes them, claiming it's safer than Tylenol.
The abortion pill and medical negligence killed Rheanna and her baby.
Ban this deadly drug NOW.
