With profound sorrow and humble submission to the will of God, we, alongside her family, announce the transition of our beloved, Elder Inslee Rolle Darling, a cherished pillar of our church family. Though our hearts are deeply grieved by this immeasurable loss, we rejoice in the assurance that she has now entered into the eternal presence and reward of the Lord she served so faithfully.
Elder Darlingโs life was a living testimony of service, compassion, wisdom and devotion. She served with uncommon grace and distinction as an Elder in the Lordโs Church, chaplain, officiant, community advocate, mentor, prayer warrior and a pillar of strength to so many whose lives she touched. Her impact reached far beyond the walls of the sanctuary, touching countless lives through her unshakable strength.
Through her life, she exemplified love, dignity, leadership and the heart of true servanthood. Her steadfast commitment to ministry, her compassion for people and her faithfulness to the call of God leaves behind a legacy that time will never erase.
Today, we honor not only her labor, but the extraordinary life she lived before God and man. While tears may fill our eyes, gratitude fills our hearts for the gift of her presence among us. We take comfort in the promise of scripture, knowing that โto be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.โ
We humbly ask that you keep her entire family, our church family and all who were blessed to know and love her lifted in prayer during this season of bereavement.
