🔥 PURPOSE OF FAST:
We are fasting again for the power of the Holy Spirit to expose, break, and destroy every sinful habit, destructive pattern, ungodly influence, and spiritual stronghold that is attempting to establish itself in the lives of our children.

🧭⏳ DATE of FAST:
Our FAST starts at 6pm on Tuesday, 8th September, and ends at 6pm Friday, 11th September, 2026.

🍇🍅🥑 MENU:
🚫 NO BREAKFAST 🥗 NO LUNCH & NO DINNER.
💧 Drink lots of electrolyte water. Numi Age-Earl Grey teas can be taken throughout this fast. Supplements: BroccoMax and bromelain to trigger and maintain autophagy and can be taken on an empty stomach. IT WILL NOT BREAK YOUR FAST.
