Fear doesn't get to decide. Often when we keep asking God for courage, what we are really doing is waiting to stop feeling afraid.

Like you, Joshua also had a difficult assignment ahead of him when God said, "Be strong and courageous." God was reminding Joshua that His courage had a foundation: God would be with him.

Courage isn't pretending you're not afraid.

When you have prayed, sought God's wisdom and received clear direction about what action to take, take the step even when you are nervous and afraid. Take it with God.

"I thought I would be further along by now" Who has never said that to themself?

By whose clock do you think that you are behind?

2 Corinthians 5:7 says, "We live by faith, not by sight."
Having faith doesn't mean that we pretend that disappointments don't matter.

Faith means the life you see right now isn't the only thing determining how you walk with God.

The truth is you don't need to catch up.
Keep walking by faith. God will be faithful. Trust Him.
