Prepared for the Harvest: Mastery, Recognition & Access | Galatians 6:9 (NIV)

In this powerful teaching, Pastor Lionel Cole reveals how God prepares believers for harvest through instruction, discipline, development, and faithful stewardship of their gifts. Galatians 6:9 reminds us not to become weary in doing good, because there is an appointed time when what has been faithfully sown will produce a harvest.

Using the life of David and Proverbs 22:29, 1 Samuel 16:18, and Proverbs 18:16, this message highlights three stages of preparation: mastery, recognition, and access. David developed his gift privately before his name was ever spoken publicly. His skill created recognition, and that recognition eventually brought him before the king.

God may be developing something in you now that will become the very gift, vision, business, ministry, or ability He uses to open future doors. Do not despise the season of repetition, correction, discipline, or hidden preparation. What God is asking you to develop today may be what He uses to position you tomorrow.

Stay faithful. Sharpen what God has placed in your hands. Guard your faith, follow His instructions, and do not quit before the appointed time—your harvest is connected to your preparation.

Grace Prepared Before Me: Remember What I’ve Done | Deuteronomy 6:10–12 (NIV)

In this powerful teaching, Pastor Lionel Cole reminds believers that many of the places God is bringing us into were prepared by grace before we ever arrived. Deuteronomy 6 warns Israel that when they entered cities they did not build, houses they did not fill, wells they did not dig, and vineyards they did not plant, they were not to forget the God who brought them out of bo***ge.

This message calls us to remember what God has already done—the seasons He carried us through, the battles He shortened, the doors He opened, the sickness He brought us through, the confusion He broke, and the places where His grace sustained us when our own strength was not enough.

Joshua 24:12–13 reveals that some victories were not won by Israel’s sword or bow. God went ahead of them and drove out what they could not defeat on their own. In the same way, there are battles God is already ending, doors He is preparing, and blessings we may inherit that we did not personally build.

But grace must be stewarded. Grace may bring you into the blessing, but obedience teaches you how to keep, grow, and honor what God has given. Do not forget the wilderness when you enter the promise. Do not become ungrateful when the prayer you once cried over is finally sitting in your hands.

Remember what He brought you out of. Honor what came before you. Stay obedient, remain thankful, and prepare yourself to receive the harvest grace has already prepared.

Even when the answer seems delayed, or the battle feels unseen, don’t stop praying, don’t stop believing, and don’t stop standing firm in Christ. The story of Daniel reminds us that spiritual resistance may be happening beyond what we can see—but God is still at work.

Stay faithful. Stay consistent. Keep moving forward in faith. ✨
