✨ Bless Friday✨

Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): Allah’s Messenger ﷺ said,
"If the prayer is started do not run for it, but walk calmly and join whatever you catch, and complete what you missed."
— Sahih al-Bukhari 908

This beautiful Hadith teaches us the importance of peace, calmness, and presence of heart in our prayers. Jumu’ah is not only about reaching on time, but also about approaching Allah ﷻ with serenity and humility.

🤲 May Allah accept our prayers and grant us the blessing of attending Jumu’ah with sincerity and peace.

"Whoever takes a bath on Friday, purifies himself well, applies fragrance or uses hair oil, and goes to the mosque early... prays what is written for him, listens silently to the khutbah — his sins between that Friday and the previous one are forgiven."
📖 Sahih al-Bukhari 883 – Book 11, Hadith 8

🌙 Jummah Mubarak from Uthman Islamic Center – A Reminder of Divine Mercy
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) emphasized the virtues of Friday, a day filled with blessings and spiritual opportunities.

"There is an hour (opportune time) on Friday and if a Muslim gets it while praying and asks something from Allah, then Allah will definitely meet his demand."
— Sahih al-Bukhari 935
(In-book reference: Book 11, Hadith 59 | USC-MSA Vol. 2, Book 13, Hadith 57)

He (ﷺ) pointed out the shortness of that time with his hands, reminding us how precious and fleeting this opportunity is.

✨ What does this mean for us today?
It means every Jummah, we are gifted a moment – though brief – when the gates of mercy are wide open, and sincere duas are answered. It's a time not to be wasted. A time for deep prayer, repentance, and heartfelt supplication.

🌙 Jummah Mubarak from Uthman Islamic Center

Let us not underestimate the blessings of Jummah (Friday). As shared in this beautiful hadith from Sahih al-Bukhari 881, those who prepare early for the Friday prayer are rewarded as though they offered noble sacrifices in Allah’s cause.

🕌 Arriving early for Jumu’ah is not just about punctuality — it’s about devotion, love for Allah ﷻ, and spiritual reward.

💡 Reflection:
The earlier we go, the greater the reward — from the reward of a camel to an egg. And when the Khutbah begins, the angels themselves stop writing and listen.

📖 Let’s strive to earn the most reward this blessed Friday.
