We celebrated the St. Joan of Arc Outreach Fund on June 7 with ice cream sandwiches and so much joy! We were joined in the Welcome Center by representatives of more than 30 projects and organizations we have supported the past year. Our outreach this fiscal year will total more than $425,000. This goes out in emergency financial assistance for housing and utilities, and in grants and support to partner organizations in which our parishioners volunteer and lead. We fund immediate needs, and we fund the systemic changes necessary to bring justice.
On the Feast of Corpus Christi, our Outreach Fund reminds us that SJA takes our communion outside the walls of our gym, into our community, and across the world. We thank everyone who makes this possible!
