Just as the apostle John and John the Baptist both pointed to Christ Jesus as the Lamb of God, so too does the congregation at St. We are here to point to Jesus, the Word made flesh, who made his dwelling among us. As we point to Him, we want all to know how he came to rescue all of us from sin, death and the devil. Please join us for worship on Sundays at 10 AM to learn more about Jesus and what

Come meet and see Jacob’s awesome art throughout the AAW weekend! Join us for this fun weekend filled with so much talent from our own communities.

👨🏻‍🎨🖌Jacob Swogger - “My art is largely about being shaped and changed by forces that move around, in, through, over us, others, each other. Being formed, pressed by the weight of things around you. Visible, invisible, good, bad, indifferent. Influences that we may or may not have control over.
I’m an autodidact. I’m compelled to make art, music, and things of all kinds.

Come visit us Sun. May 17th to see Green Light Puppets who will be performing 3 puppet shows at our church on day 3 of Art-A-Whirl. Read about the shows below!

2 PM and 4 PM: 🐝Mason Meets a Mason Bee — This original puppet show follows Mason, as he discovers the surprising world of native pollinators and the important role mason bees play in helping gardens, food, and ecosystems thrive. This show sparks curiosity about nature and how even small actions help pollinators.

3 PM: 🌳🧡The Lorax Puppet Show — Experience the lively puppet adaption of Dr. Seuss’s beloved classic, where the Lorax “speaks for the trees”. This interactive performance invites audiences of all ages to laugh, reflect, and imagine their role in care for the Earth.

✨Art-A-Whirl Spotlight✨
Come see Faith Belt and her incredible art, all AAW weekend! Checo out her prints throughout the weekend, and don’t miss her fun puppet performances on Saturday the 16th!

🎨🎭Faith is a multimedia artist and visual storyteller. Since graduating in 2022 with a BFA from the University of Tennessee, she has been creating and performing shadow puppet shows in galleries, theaters, schools, churches, conferences, and festivals – both locally and beyond. Besides shadow puppetry, she works in theater-style puppetry, drawing, painting, illustration, large-scale chalk installations, sculpture, papercutting, mosaic...whatever she can get her hands on! She seeks to create contemplative, analog, and light-giving experiences for audiences young and old.
She is now based in New Ulm, MN where she continues to develop puppet shows, design and create large-scale commission work, teach at art camps, and manage projects for Art Service. You can find more of her magical work at faithbeltstudios.com.

✏👩‍🎨 Read what Lakia shares about her art and get inspired:
My work explores the subtle beauty and intricate details of the natural world through realism in colored pencil, charcoal, and graphite. I’ve always been drawn to capturing textures, light, and the quiet moments that often go unnoticed, translating them into pieces that invite viewers to pause and observe more closely. As a mother to young children, art is currently my chance to slow down and have control over something. Not that art can always be controlled - but my process does tend to be. Ultimately, my goal is to bridge the gap between observation and emotion, using realism not only to replicate but to reveal the deeper narrative that’s present in every detail.

This is a time to turn our hearts back to God and remember our deep need for His grace. “For dust you are and to dust you will return” (Genesis 3:19). The ashes remind us of our mortality, our repentance, and the hope we have in Christ’s redeeming love. All our welcome to worship and reflect with us!
