What happens when a church and a brewery team up for Pride? You get a whole lot of joy in one glass.

Thank you to everyone who joined Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and Arbeiter Brewing for the official launch party of Queerly Beloved. Gathering together to share a pint of our new Mango Pineapple Hazy IPA, swap stories, and grab some fresh gear was the perfect way to kick off the season.

We partnered to brew this beer because we believe in showing up for our LGBTQIA+ siblings. Seeing this community celebrate proud and strong is exactly what this partnership is all about.

If you missed the party, stop by the taproom to grab a pour and support the cause. Cheers to radical inclusion, great beer, and a neighborhood that loves without limits.

The Christian tradition is full of q***rness, and we get to celebrate it! We invite you to notice the rainbows flying all around the building during this month as well as the ways our preaching and singing will lift up the diversity God has created. We encourage you to find ways by which to celebrate q***rness in our world.

We are excited to host our first Music in the Garden event of the season, featuring a live performance by Naiya! Join us at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church on Sunday, June 07, at 11:00 AM, immediately following worship. This gathering perfectly aligns with Prince's birthday, making it a highly fitting tribute to local musical heritage.

Meet the Artist
Naiya is a Minneapolis-based vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter. Born and raised in Madison, WI, she brings a unique sound that blends R&B, Folk, Jazz, and lingering influences of the iconic Minneapolis Sound. She currently studies applied music performance at the University of Minnesota and regularly showcases her passion on various city stages. Right now, she is actively developing her debut EP, Impulse, a project exploring the self-drive of musicianship, youth, and the transition into young adulthood.

The Prince Connection
Naiya shares a deep connection to this date's significance through her work with the Academy of Prince, a program operated by Purple Playground. This 501(c)(3) organization unites Prince fans globally and funds music programs for teens. As an alumna who now serves as an instructor, Naiya helps enrich teens' lives with Prince’s history, guiding them to create inspired music with the help of musicians who played alongside him.

We are incredibly grateful to welcome Naiya to our garden stage. Grab a seat, enjoy the outdoors, and celebrate a wonderful morning of live music with us!

Pride Beer release party this Wednesday! 🏳️‍🌈

Join us on June 3, from 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Arbeiter Brewing for the release of our second collaboration, a Pride beer, Queerly Beloved. This brew is a fruited Hazy IPA with bright mango and pineapple flavors, available both on tap and in an artist-designed can. Later in June we’ll also be offering it in a non-alcoholic version (not available on June 3).

Come for a joyful evening of food, drinks, and community as we kick off Pride month together. CYF Ministry Coordinator Taryn and Pastor David will offer child-friendly activities from 5:00-6:00 p.m. We’ll enjoy music and a dance floor as well! The Bookmobile will also be available from 5:00-8:00 p.m.

Each beer poured that evening will support Prism Organizing Network, a statewide network committed to building power for LGBTQ+ equality by organizing people and resources across Minnesota.

All are welcome–we’d love to see you there!

All proceeds support Prism Organizing Network, the same organization supported by beer sales. We encourage you to purchase a t-shirt and join us wearing them as we march in the Twin Cities Pride Parade, Sunday, June 28.
