Greetings Friends! I just wanted to remind you that next Saturday is the Feed My Starving Children event! Also there is a correction to the time. The session will start at 5:00 instead of 4:30, so the arrival time is 4:30-4:45. Remember this is a KID FRIENDLY event so you can bring children 5 and over. Hi everyone!

The Christmas Party Planning Committee members are working feverishly to ensure we are ready for you on this Saturday, December 14 as we welcome you to Celebrate Christmas with the Emmanuel Singles Community. Festivities will start at 5:00 p.m. in the "Porch" at the Emmanuel Spring Lake Park Campus (See the event link below).

In addition to great food, the fun and fellowship will include (but not be limited to) a gift exchange. If you want to participate, please bring a gift (that you would like to receive) with a cost limit of $15. We will also have an ugly sweater contest so be sure to dig to the bottom of your drawer and pull out the that ugly item that you love to show off to win!

This is a potluck event so the great food is a joint effort by all!!!! Bring your favorite Christmas themed food item to share (Last name, A-H bring a hot main dish, I-N bring a salad or something cold; O-Z bring a dessert or something very sweet). Beverages will be provided. RSVP (helpful for planning) can be texted to Sue at 763-458-0052 or emailed to [email protected] .

Last, but not least, we want to let you know that we will be accepting contributions to be directed to the single mom’s ministry founded by Lois Breit, missionary and ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Please prayerfully consider a gift to share to make Christmas especially blessed for single parent families being ministered to through this ministry.

It's Turkey Time! We're so looking forward to the Emmanuel Singles Community Thanksgiving Dinner in a few weeks. We will be collecting donations to fill two Emmanuel Gift Boxes. The Gift Box has everything needed to create a Thanksgiving Dinner for needy families in the community. Click on this event for details of our event and how to contribute to the Gift boxes.

I'm happy to remind everyone that tonight is the first night of our Fall Equip ministry programs at 7:00 pm. Equip Groups provide you with an opportunity to grow in Christ. Programs include: Divorce Care, Grief Share, Men's Purity, and Breaking Free of Addiction. Check them out below:
