With the arrival of Easter, we have a change of seasons. With it, a change in schedule. Today, we are gathering again for prayer following our Bible study. The service starts at 7 and usually lasts about 30 minutes. There is a short liturgy, but most of it is spent in conversation and prayer together.

Given the upcoming winter storm, and after consulting with our staff and some neighboring congregations, we are making the decision to move our worship service tomorrow to online only.

Ramadan Volunteers Needed
Looking for volunteers to join evening safety patrols at two Longfellow/Seward mosques during weeks 3 and 4 of Ramadan. There are four short shifts each evening starting around 5:45 pm.

If you’re interested, please DM Eva Tangen for details. If Eva doesn't know you personally, please don’t be offended if she asks a few quick vetting questions—this is just to help ensure the safety and comfort of the community we’re supporting while they worship.

Busy weekend at St. Peder’s-and what a fun one it was! 🙌

🃏Our Game and Chili Night was a huge hit, and it looks like puzzles might be an ongoing thing around church now.

🏈We also held a Minnehaha Food Shelf Fundraiser on Super Bowl Sunday, and it was a big success! For a fun twist, people could “vote” for who would win the big game by donating food. The results:
Seattle received the most votes, then Bad Bunny and with the least amount of votes was New England.

The photo of the blue bin shows all the amazing donations collected from St. Peder’s. Thank you to everyone who came out, shared a meal, and helped support our neighbors in need! 💙
