Biblical Authority
We believe the historic Bible, both Old and New Testaments, to be God’s truth revealed to man; these Divinely inspired words comprise God’s unchangeable and everlasting authority in all matters of Christian faith and morality. Our God
We believe in one God, Creator of all that is, eternally existing in Three Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Human Life
We believe God creat

ed human life, male and female, in His image. By deliberate choice man disobeyed God and fell into sin. By the grace of God redemption is possible through faith in Jesus Christ. The Person and Work of Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man; He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the Cross a blood sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures. He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into Heaven, where at the right hand of God, He is now our High Priest and Advocate. The Person and Work of the Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is truly God, whose purpose is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, and during this age to convict humanity of sin, to regenerate the believing sinner, to indwell, comfort, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for godly living and service. The Biblical Doctrine of Salvation
We believe that the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground for salvation for those who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ are born again and thus become children of God. VII. The People of God, the Church
The Church is the living manifestation of Jesus Christ in the world. She is comprised solely of those who through faith in Christ’s death on the Cross for our sins and His resurrection from the dead are born again and reconciled with God. Jesus calls His Church together to bear witness of Himself and to make disciples who follow Him, learning of Him and loving as He loved. VIII. The End Times
We believe that God will fulfill human history according to His plan. At the end, Christ will return ; He will call His faithful to Himself and establish His rule over Creation forever; all the living and the dead will be raised to face God’s perfect justice. We believe that this blessed hope has a vital bearing on how the Christian lives.

My dear brothers & sisters in Christ:

I consider myself richly blessed to serve the past 25 years of my 50 years of ordained ministry in
the fellowship of this congregation.

Fort Snelling Memorial Chapel Foundation is exemplary in fulfilling the biblical manifestation of the Church as the Body of Christ, and it is my privilege to pastor a people who seek to be the hands and feet and voice of the Lord in such times as these.

Many of you have graciously testified to the influence of my pastorate upon your life in the web-based journal established in recognition of my ministry. You are welcome to read these words
at the Chapel Foundation website by clicking here.

Perhaps as you read the entries it will recall something that you could add or affirm from our
shared experience. I would greatly appreciate hearing from you!

As we will be shortly closing the Jubilee Journal, I would welcome your words being added … as they will be printed and entered in my commemorative scrapbook of photos and artifacts.

Please give thoughtful prayer and consideration to adding a memory that will bless me until that time I hear my Master say, “Well done, My good and faithful servant.”

Grace & peace,
Ken Beale

In 2025, we are commemorating Chaplain Ken’s anniversaries of 50 years of ordination and 25 years as pastor of this congregation. In lieu of a guestbook, Ken has requested a journal for people to comment whose lives his ministry has touched over the years. He would love to hear your testimonial. Please consider telling your story of how and when and where Ken impacted your life in Christ Jesus. You can go to our website at www.fortsnellingmcf.org and click on the white box “Ken’s Jubilee Journal” to share your testimony. Do not leave your comments on Facebook. Thank you.
