The future of our communities starts with the leaders we raise up today.

Tomorrow, leaders from across the region are gathering at Iglesia Hispana Betel in St. Paul for the Sending Lab en Español. This isn’t just a workshop; it’s a space to dream, plan, and collaborate on how we can better discover and mobilize church planters for our communities.

We are a family of churches planting churches everywhere for everyone. Our mission is to ensure every community in Minnesota and Wisconsin: from our growing Latino neighborhoods to our most rural towns: has the opportunity to meet Jesus and grow in biblical fellowship.

If you feel called to multiply your impact and reach the next generation, we’d love to see you there.

Every church planter starts with a dream, but there’s a big difference between a planter who merely survives and one who truly thrives.

The secret? It’s often found in the season before the plant even begins through a residency.

A residency isn't just another program on the calendar: it's a greenhouse for the next leader. It's about taking the calling of a future planter and surrounding them with the wisdom, community, and training they need to stand firm when the pressure hits.

Whether you’re a seasoned pastor or a church looking to multiply, you can start building a residency today by focusing on five simple steps:
1. Cast the Vision
2. Appoint Leadership
3. Develop the Plan
4. Curate Content
5. Recruit Residents

We are a family of churches planting churches everywhere for everyone. At Send Minnesota and Wisconsin, we’re here to help you move from "I want to help" to "I am building a leader." You don’t have to create the blueprint alone.

Ready to train the next leaders in your church? Let’s start the journey together.

There’s a unique energy that happens when leaders gather around a table, not just to listen, but to build something together. That’s exactly what’s happening this Saturday in Green Bay.

We’re making a final call for the Sending Lab on March 14th. This isn’t your typical seminar: it’s a collaborative workshop designed to help your church move from thinking about planting to actually developing a strategic plan for sending.

Whether you’re in the early stages of a vision or looking to refine your process, this time is for you. We believe that every community deserves a local church, and that starts with a family of churches planting churches everywhere for everyone.

Don’t miss the chance to collaborate with others who share your heart for Minnesota and Wisconsin.

What if your church’s impact reached far beyond its four walls?

Many pastors want to see their city transformed, but the path to actually "sending" church planters often feels like a solo climb. We want to change that.

On March 14, we’re gathering at Graceway Fellowship in Green Bay for a Sending Lab. This isn't just another lecture: it’s a collaborative, one-day workshop designed to help your leadership team identify potential planters and develop a clear vision for multiplication. Whether you’re just starting to explore church planting or you’re ready to launch a residency, you’ll find practical steps and a community of leaders on the same journey.

Join us as we work together to reach every community in Wisconsin.

Location: Graceway Fellowship, Green Bay, WI

When most people think about church planting in our region, their minds often drift straight to the Twin Cities. And while God is doing a beautiful work there, there is a quiet, powerful movement happening across the state of Wisconsin that deserves to be heard.

From the bustling urban centers to the quiet, rural landscapes, the story of Wisconsin isn't just about one city or one strategy. It’s about diverse leaders answering a bold call to reach their neighbors, no matter their background or language. It’s about the conviction that no community is too small and no people group should be overlooked.

We are a family of churches planting churches everywhere for everyone in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Because every person in our region deserves the opportunity to meet Jesus and find a home in a biblical fellowship.
