Global Horizons Inc. (GHI)

Global Horizons Inc. (GHI) Global Horizons Inc. (GHI) is a Christian nonprofit serving as a fiscal sponsor for mission projects and missionaries.

GHI was created to help Christian mission leaders follow their passion for service, without the burden of filing for nonprofit status or setting up systems for bookkeeping and donation processing. By choosing to serve under our nonprofit we will take care of that for you. In addition to our partner projects, GHI board led initiatives include:
1. Ubuntu Training - offering faith-based racial recon

ciliation training to churches, schools, and community groups, locally in MN.
2. The Knowledge Box - making technology accessible to developing countries through low-cost devices. Mission Statement:
GHI works with compassionate leaders to restore communities through humility, justice, and faith in God. We serve to:
1) provide hopeful, efficient administrative support to projects and ministries, and
2) be a catalyst for racial reconciliation education and coaching. Testimonies:
“GHI has been instrumental in empowering ACT Worldwide to function effectively as a small consulting ministry. The receipting and accounting functions they provide is a huge help. I also appreciate the financial accountability and reporting that is required.” - Joe, GHI partner project leader.

“We couldn’t operate without their help in processing finances. It removes the accounting burden so we can fully focus on our ministry objectives. The staff is very dedicated.” - GHI partner project leader.

You may be new here. Welcome to Global Horizons. ❤️

Many of you first discovered our page through the recent flooding in Nepal, so we want to take a moment to introduce ourselves.

Global Horizons serves alongside Christian ministry leaders working to restore and strengthen communities in the United States and around the world.

Pastor Santosh and Full Life Training Center in Nepal are one of our partner projects. While he and his team are on the ground responding directly to families affected by the flooding, Global Horizons serves as their U.S. fiscal sponsor, providing donation processing, financial oversight, and other organizational support that helps make their ministry possible.

And Nepal is just one example.

We have the privilege of serving alongside ministry leaders who know their communities, understand the needs around them, and are committed to serving for the long term.

They are building schools and churches, mentoring youth, teaching skills for employment, training church leaders, providing access to technology, and much more to lift people out of poverty, restore communities, and share the hope of Christ.

If you recently found us through the Nepal flood relief effort, we're glad you're here. Follow along as we share more stories of what God is doing through these leaders and communities around the world.

Transparency in nonprofit work is important. We’ve shared a couple of stories from the flooding in Nepal. Here’s how your support is changing lives on the ground right now.

Our partner, Pastor Santosh of Full Life Training Center, and his team have been responding quickly. Thanks to your generosity, they were just able to purchase and distribute essential bedding supplies and basic care to families who lost everything in the floods.

The needs are immense. While on the ground, Pastor Santosh met with a local flood survivor with loss that’s hard to imagine. He lost his wife, and the school building where he taught classes was washed away, with 145 students missing.

The team is spending time listening to these heartbreaking stories and offering prayer. For additional tangible support, they are hoping to provide wiring to get some electricity in place as well as utensils and gas for cooking.

Here's how you can help:
• $5 – Soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, and hairbrush
• $15 – Rice for a family
• $30 – Bedding
• $50 – Clothing

A gift of any size will help purchase the wiring and essential supplies.

Thank you to everyone who has already donated and to all who continue to pray alongside us. 🌿

‼️Update on the Flood Relief in Nepal:
This is Dipeak. When fast-moving floodwaters swept through his community, he was able to save eight members of his family. Sadly, the flood destroyed their home and wiped out his shop.

Dipeak’s family is one of many now facing the difficult task of rebuilding their lives. Many flood survivors are living in temporary tents and tarp shelters after losing their homes and belongings.

Pastor Santosh and his team of pastors through Full Life Training Center are delivering relief supplies and praying with families affected by the flood.

You can help provide immediate necessities:

• $5 – Soap, toothpaste, toothbrush and hairbrush
• $15 – Rice for a family
• $30 – Bedding
• $50 – Clothing

On August 26, 2026, a massive flash flood swept through Nepal’s Nuwakot District after a glacial collapse near the Nepal–Tibet border sent a sudden surge of water, mud, rock, and debris into the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli rivers. The water rose extremely quickly, reportedly by as much as 30 feet in about 30 minutes, giving communities downstream little time to respond. In Nuwakot, the flooding swept away homes, bridges, roads, schools, and other infrastructure, leaving communities buried in mud and debris and many families displaced or searching for loved ones.

News sources are reporting over 1,000 lives have been lost across Nepal and thousands more are missing. There is tremendous loss across the region. More than 2,000 have been rescued, with the Nepal Army, police, and public working hard to save lives.

In response, our partner on the ground in Nepal, Pastor Santosh Khatiwada of Full Life Training Center, gathered a team of 9 pastors. They quickly pooled their money and purchased essential supplies that would be needed immediately and headed to Nuwakot. As families are returning to their homes, the team of pastors is assisting with the cleanup and delivering relief essentials such as cooking supplies for those whose belongings were swept away. Due to the heat and decay in the area, masks are helpful to manage the smell, which they are also passing out.

Full Life Training Center is working in cooperation with local and district-level government to provide relief aid. More than 11 churches have collapsed, and many pastors and church community members are missing. Churches in Nepal are united in prayer and relief work.

Pastor Santosh shared this Bible verse as a reminder to turn to God for strength in times of trouble: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth does change, and though the mountains be shaken into the heart of the seas; Though the waters roar and be troubled, and though the mountains tremble with quaking. Psalms 46: 1-3

If you’d like to help provide relief to families affected by the flash flood, make a donation to Full Life Training Center:

Any amount will lift up families dealing with this devastation.
$5 = Soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, and hairbrush
$15 = Rice for a family
$30 = Bedding
$50 = Clothing

Please join us in prayer for the families in Nepal. ❤️

Sports are a great way to connect with kids, but the impact can go far beyond the game.

Through coaching and mentoring, sports are an opportunity for growth both on and off the field. Our partner, Mentor A Mentor, is doing just that in vulnerable communities in Colombia and Mexico.

Wonderful news! 29 more children now have the opportunity to attend school this term at Joy's Children's Centre in Uganda.

A limited number of classrooms and overcrowded schools mean not every child can enroll. The Hope Institute of Uganda team is dedicated to expanding access to education, giving children a chance to learn and reach their God-given potential.

Big news from Joy Children's Centre! Our student body grew from 107 to 136 learners this term, that's dozens more children who now have a seat in a classroom, a hot meal, and a place to belong. Every one of those numbers is a name, a face, a future. Thank you for making room for more.
