The clothing closet will be open Saturday, May 23 from 1:30-3pm. It’s time to refresh your wardrobe for spring and summer! We have clothing in all sizes from newborn, kids, and adults! Everything is free and everyone is welcome.

The clothing closet is inside Minerva Methodist church. The official address is 204 n Main Street, but that will take you to the front doors. Please use the back door near the parking lots. (Behind the laundry mat) If you’d like to come but the time doesn’t work out, as always message through this page and we can set something up.

Due to sudden illness, the Minerva Fire Department, the Minerva Firefighters Association and Minerva Youth Football will be hosting a benefit breakfast in honor of retired Captain Ryan "Smitty" Smith and the Smith Family.

Smitty spent many years selflessly serving his community. We are now coming together to support him and his family, with all proceeds going directly to the Smith family during this difficult time.

Our youth had a great time at Encounter 2026! We learned a lot from each of the sessions which were focused on what it means to be transformed as in Romans chapter 12. The breakout sessions gave us a chance to dive deeper in a variety of topics. There were great times of connection, learning in scripture, worship, and prayer. There was also plenty of fun to be had playing games, hiking, and even zip lining!

Reminder that there will be a fundraiser lunch after church on Sunday! Please, plan to join us for worship and a meal afterwards. The funds raised are to go toward the youth trip to the Encounter conference at the end of the month and other youth events.
