This weekend's indoor student garage sale is still on do come check it out! Teachers & moms, there are a lot of children's books available.

To those displaced by the tornado... we still have shelf stable food bags available for you this weekend as well! Please come speak with one of us & we'll make sure you are taken care of.

Suggested family worship/devotional time for Sunday Morning: Southside Church of Christ:

Theme: Psalms 18:2 "The LORD is my rock."

1. Read Psalms 18:1-16

2. Share with your family the times God led you through "storms" of your life.

2. If you are able, look up the song entitled "Oceans" by Praise and Harmony Acappella on YouTube. If possible, look up the lyrics... Powerful words to this song. https://youtu.be/10w7MF6nLuI?si=dTiox84zPYJW3CNc

3. Discuss how God calls us like Peter upon the waters of life and how we need to keep our eyes "trust" on Him.

4. Together, read Matthew 14: 22-23. Discuss it together. Focus on Peter's faith, then his fear, then his calling on Jesus, and the faithfulness of Jesus and the lesson presented.

5. Spend some time singing a few songs together as a family. Jesus Loves Me, My Hope Is Built On Nothing Less, Oh How I Love Jesus, Trust and Obey.

6. Pray together as a family, asking God to help us trust Him through the storms of life and thanking Him for His faithfulness.

7. Make some unleavened bread together and some grape juice, only if ingredients are already available, and spend time in communion together as a family.

Due to the extreme temperatures and icy conditions, the Elders have made the decision to cancel our corporate worship assembly this Sunday. (1/25/26)

Please be SUPER careful out there. The sidewalks, porches, etc, will be very slick.

We will be sending out a suggested family worship and devotional for Sunday morning shortly. Please make plans with your family to spend some quality time in worship and let's all communicate to the Good LORD how much we adore Him. Stay safe and warm beloved family.
