First Baptist Church, Mineola First Baptist Church of Mineola FBC Mineola is... a church whose goal is to simply "Love God and Love People". We know that Christ has made it so simple for us.

We get that purpose from the Bible in Matthew 22 where it says, "Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." But

although it sounds so easy, we realize there needs to be a community to support those who are striving to follow Christ's words in this world.

Is it September already!?!?

We are excited to bring back our Who’s Coming to Dinner event on September 24th. This is a great night of small group fellowship where you don’t know who’s coming until you show up at your hosts home. Speaking of hosts, if you’re willing to open your home and provide a main dish for 6-7 ladies please let the church office know ASAP. The guest will provide the sides and anything else you might need for the meal.
