Don’t Give Up

I can’t give up.
I must go on.
Heaven is my goal.
Heaven is my home.
I must keep on pressing every day.
I can’t let things block my way.
I’m taking off weights and putting them aside.
I’m asking Jesus to be my guide.

Through many storms I have already come.
But I can’t give up for the race is not done.
The road sometimes gets so rocky and rough
the going is extremely tough
But I can’t give up.
I must go on!

In the face of tests and trails I trod,
I travel with tears in my eyes praying to God.
Help me go through another day.
I know I can make it as you show me the way.
This world is not home
I must travel on.
Heaven is my goal
Heaven is my home.
