Lighthouse Christian Book Store -3624 W North Ave (Monday to Friday 12pm to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm)
Please: do not call to sign up or sign someone else up or have someone sign you up

o Receive your gift bag at the end of the service
o Non-Member fill out sign-up sheet and
fill out Application (arrive 15min early on Tuesday if you have not filled out an application) Name must be on sign-up sheet
o Members fill out sign-up sheet (reminder non-members served first)
o Non-Member Have ID at least for yourself and application on Tuesday
o Social distancing and mask are practiced
o Please wait for instructions and directions at end of service to receive your gift
