Deacon John Everitt has gone home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 6, 2026! The Everitt family will have his Service at Avalon Baptist Church, Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 1:30 pm.
Please be available to fellowship and love on them in the Family Room and Worship Center between 12:30 and 1:30 prior to the service that will follow the 40th Anniversary Dinner so please plan to stay.
Intermittent will be at Barrancas Cemetery and the date will be announced.

🔥 ABLAZE YOUTH 🔥

What a night with our Ablaze Youth! 🙌 We learned more about the Armor of God and what it means to stand strong in our faith and be prepared for the battles we face. 🛡️⚔️

And of course, we had plenty of fun along the way! We played games, danced, laughed, and most importantly, worshiped together! 🙌🔥

We’re so thankful for a generation that is growing in their faith, seeking Jesus, and learning what it means to live ABLAZE for Christ! ❤️‍🔥

We will also be observing the Lord’s Supper! The unleavened bread & w**e won’t save you either, but if you’re born-again we open communion to all who confess Christ as Savior!
