Heart: Focusing on health & Safety. Instructors are highly experienced in CPR, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider and Babysitting Courses. Exercise courses taught in-house by Insight Studio. Soul: Focusing on motivating others as individuals. Bible Studies, Men's Breakfast Challenge, Women's Fellowship, Family Events, Friends & Fellowship, Mission Support to Nicaragua, Community Involvement, Malani's Closet (Clothing for 50 cents). Mind: Focusing on the pursuit of peace and strength of mind. Support Groups, Life Coaching, Teen Outreach, Spanish Tutoring, English (ESL) Tutoring, Nana & Papa's Tutoring, Document Preparation

Taking a class from the Heart, Soul & Mind supports local victims of disaster, provides work skills, and promotes stronger individuals, families & communities both locally and abroad.
