You’re not just watching a closing… you’re witnessing a transition.

After 13 years in Milpitas, this Sunday marks the end of a chapter—but not the end of the story. God has been faithful every step of the way, and now He’s opening a new door.

We didn’t force it. We didn’t chase it. He led us here.

So this Sunday, we don’t just say goodbye—we say thank You.

“Behold, I will do a new thing.”

WHAT IF the thing you’re holding onto… is the very thing keeping you stuck?

We say we trust God—but when life gets real, we tighten our grip. Control feels safer than surrender. Fear feels louder than faith.

But Jesus made it clear:
A branch doesn’t survive on its own. It lives because it’s connected to the vine.

So the real question isn’t “Do you believe in God?”
It’s—who are you actually depending on?

Fear will tell you to hold on tighter.
Faith invites you to let go.

God isn’t asking you to figure everything out—He’s asking you to trust Him with everything.

Surrender isn’t weakness. It’s where real strength begins.

This Sunday hit different. 🔥

“Parenting the Spirit” 🙏🏽✨

We had a blessed Mother’s Day this past Sunday at Captivate.
Pastor Yolanda reminded us that parenting goes far beyond behavior correction — it’s about nurturing the spirit and pointing our children toward God.

Every word we speak matters. Every prayer matters. Every moment spent teaching our children about God leaves less room for the enemy and more room for the Holy Spirit to move. 🕊️

We are called to build homes filled with prayer, grace, forgiveness, worship, and God’s truth. Not just raising well-behaved children, but raising children who KNOW God, hear His voice, and rely on Him for themselves.

When we pray with them, speak life over them, and model a Spirit-led life, we’re giving them tools to fight the lies of the enemy with truth. 💛

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” — ‭‭Deut. ‭6‬:‭5‬-‭7‬ ‭NIV
