Assalaamualikum !
There is a local sister that was referred to our organization by different sisters because this woman is in a bad situation especially for paying her rent . She does housework for them to take care of herself, home and 3 kids. She has to do this work to earn money because in January her husband just left their home and didn’t return and she doesn’t know where he is and they have been abandoned with no finances and to fend for themselves. Her middle child is very sick and he has IB disease and he take permanent heavy medication and shots every week and this is an additional strain on her . She’s finding it difficult saving money for rent because of all the other necessary expenses being on her own as the only bread winner . The rent is $3000 a month and she’s looking for help in rent. She said she will be very thankful to you and will pray for you and yours to please help her with her rent. She is MashaaAllah very hard working and works many jobs doing cooking but still cannot save enough for rent and that is her main issue of concern . This sister can also accept Zakat because she don’t have any savings or other source of income because her domestic job so please let’s work together to help pay her rent for the month of June as it’s not paid as yet.
