Honoring the Men of Faith This Father’s Day 💙

This morning, our church family gathered for a beautiful Father’s Day Breakfast in honor of the men who lead, love, and serve with strength and humility. The women of the church prepared a delicious meal and shared words of encouragement rooted in Scripture.

From warm fellowship around the table to the smiles shared over donuts and devotionals, we are reminded of God’s goodness through the lives of our fathers, grandfathers, and spiritual mentors.

🕊️ “But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength…” – Isaiah 40:31

Thank you to everyone who helped make this gathering a time of blessing. We’re so grateful for our community of faith.

📖 Sunday School Reflections: Walking Through Luke in the Land 🌿

This morning we launched our new study, Luke in the Land by Kristi McLelland—and what a rich beginning it was! We gathered, shared powdered donuts and fellowship, and opened our hearts to encounter the Gospel of Luke through a Middle Eastern lens, learning to see Jesus as a first-century Jewish rabbi bringing hope and honor to the marginalized.

Each week we’ll travel through the Gospel not only with our minds, but with our imaginations rooted in the soil of Scripture, asking not just “What does this mean?” but “What does this mean for us—today, here, in our community?”

Join us next week as we continue walking the dusty roads alongside Jesus, learning what it means to follow the Rabbi who sees, honors, and restores.

🕊️ All are welcome. Come as you are. Bring a heart ready to learn and be loved.
