Teacher Appreciation Week is this week.
We want to make it easy for everyone to thank their favorite teacher…the people teaching your kids, encouraging your kids, redirecting your kids, and somehow keeping a straight face while a child in Crocs calls a worksheet “mid” like he’s reviewing a steakhouse.
That’s a level of patience most of us don’t even bring to self-checkout.
So here is what we can help with.
Send them an e-gift card by text or email the first of the week, and they can use it to order lunch for school delivery this week. (Link is in the comments.)
Or they can save it for later and come in for lunch in peace, with a much-needed coffee, sitting somewhere that no one is asking to use the bathroom 11 minutes after they just went.
Whatever helps them make it through the week without Googling “how to become the person who names paint colors and works alone.”

Wednesday (5/6):
11:00 — Paris Elementary
11:15–11:30 — Paris High, Paris Middle, Paris Board Office
11:45–12:00 — Bourbon County High, Bourbon County Middle, Bourbon County Central Office
Thursday (5/7):
BCA
11:00 — Cane Ridge
11:15 — St. Mary
11:30 — Bourbon Central and Bourbon County Pre-School
Teachers deserve appreciation, good food, and probably hazard pay. We can help with two of those.
