It is with sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of Brother Shawn H. Womack, who went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

Brother Womack faithfully served God for many years, giving of himself in ministry, leadership, and service. At the time of his passing, he was an active member of the Communications Department Committee, Sunday School Editorial Committee, and Church Literature Review Committee.

What a full week it has been! Our local church had the opportunity to participate in the community Holy Week services where our pastor shared spiritual food for our souls and on another day our congregation shared the physical food for the community. Also had the privilege to attend the community sunrise service at the historic Buckhead church and then enjoy Easter services at our own local church. What a blessing it is to serve & honor our Risen Savior!
