Join us for a special open house on Thursday, June 11! Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Displays throughout the church will highlight people, pastors, music, ministries, and events from First Presbyterian’s history. The program begins at 6:30 p.m. in the sanctuary with a brief sacred music recital featuring Director of Music Dr. Jennifer Flory, church members Dr. Andrew Allen, saxophone; Dr. Elise Naber-Allen, flute; and Dr. Laurie Peebles, flute; with guest pianist Dr. Lev Ryabinin. At 7:30 p.m., Dr. Robert “Bob” Wilson will give a talk in the fellowship hall drawing on his extensive knowledge of First Presbyterian Church and Milledgeville history. The event is open to the public, and light refreshments will be served.

All hands on deck to beautify the church! Presbyterian Women and the Property Committee will host two work days to prepare our grounds and building for the bicentennial events. Join us from 9:00am-12:00pm on Saturday, June 6 or Monday, June 8. Bring gloves, small hand tools, and water!
