By Dr. Ken Draughon , Five Reasons You Don’t Want to Miss Church This Sunday

1. God has a word for you. One message can bring the direction you’ve been praying for.

2. You need the strength of God’s people. We were never meant to walk this journey alone.

3. Your worship matters. Your praise may encourage someone sitting nearby who is struggling.

4. Your presence matters. Somebody notices when your seat is empty—and somebody is strengthened when you show up.

5. God may have a divine appointment waiting for you.
A prayer, conversation, altar moment, or encounter with God could change everything.

Don’t just go to church this Sunday—go expecting. You never know what God has waiting for you in the house!

Pastor Brandon Baker What a difference we made this summer by coming together to bless our communities!
What started with six churches grew to nine, as we chose to serve communities beyond our own.
Together, approximately 3,000 children across Central Alabama were blessed with food, with an estimated 111,000 meals and food items distributed.
We are thankful for our partnership with Convoy of Hope, the Alabama Ministry Network, and every church and volunteer who helped make this possible.
We aren't asking, “What can we do for our community?”
We're asking, “What can God do through us?”
We don't want to build a monument—we want to start a movement.
That's the life of a legacy.
